About

I'm in it right alongside you.

Mom of three. Trained in clinical-child psychology. Parent coach who tells it like it is.

My Story

From clinics to coaching

Clair White

As a mom of three teens/young adults, I'm not coaching from a textbook. I'm in it. Even under the best circumstances, parenting is a hard job. I don't pretend to have it all figured out, but have the training, experience, and enough mistakes under my belt to know what actually helps.

What people usually want to know: I'm trained in clinical-child psychology. Earned my master's and used it in schools, community mental health centers, psychiatric and children's hospitals, corrections... pretty much anywhere kids spend time.

Then I pivoted to coaching. Helping people reach their goals and live the lives they actually want is far more satisfying than focusing on what's wrong. Counseling is affirming. Coaching is effective.

Every person in the family needs to be well for the family to function well. The grown-ups, the little people, the dynamics between them — all of it is connected. Family coaching helps everyone get well, individually and as a whole.
